How our policies work
Versioned, dated and announced before they change
A version and a date on every policy
Each policy shows its version number and the date it takes effect. When we change a policy, we update both. From launch, we keep a record of which version each person accepted.
Changes announced in advance
Once accounts open, we'll email you 14 days before a material change to a policy takes effect.
Reviewed before launch
Every policy is a draft until a Pakistani lawyer has reviewed it. The English text is the binding version, and Urdu summaries will follow once the English text is final.
